We accept returns only for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and in original condition. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.

Worn, washed, or damaged items
BG is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
