Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. All items are packed in-house and shipped via USPS.
Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the shipping provider and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays beyond our control.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be announced when available.
BG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier’s claim process when applicable.
Expedited or rush processing is not currently offered.
